My predictions: Jordy picks UNLV. Andrew White comes back. We sign an unknown to backup Watson and get a late summer grad transfer who isnt a Center. We change our style and go fast paced. We catch teams off guard with our style and yet still finish around 8th in B1G because of lack of size. We end up in the NIT and win the NIT. We sign two 7'0 freshman during the season. We lose an asst. coach and start the process over again.

Does it hurt to fill it with a guy who could have potential? I understand that mentality has failed multiple times so far: Moses, Hammond and Sergj, but sometimes it can work if a guy isnt thrusted into a key role before he is ready.

I think you meant to write "major victories." I think he meant "major losses." How about "scathing losses?" Even I am confused what I meant at this point.

Am curious if they can find a PG to replace Bakari.... Not sure if this guy is my first choice.

FWIW they still have Jordy as 100% to Boston College I wouldnt be shocked if Jordy had three hats sitting out(Nebraska, Minnesota and Okie Lite) and he just goes... BUT WAIT, and rips off his shirt to reveal a Boston College jersey.. he was silently committed all along.

Just came over to post that. Not sure when OK ST got in to the picture, and the Gophers dont even have an open spot... but who knows anymore.

He doesn't have to commit/sign on May 18th.....hell, I believe he could take all summer if he really wanted to. He would just need to enroll before the fall. With that said, I bet we know his decision by the end of the month. It's probably not good news for us that he has not made a decision, on the other hand...being how quiet recruiting is right now maybe our coaches feel pretty good about their changes with Jordy. This...we have three open scholarships if AWIII leaves. I think we would be hearing something about other players/transfers, etc. So maybe (hopefully) the silence means our coaches have this under control...while I go insane. Or at least they think they have it under control. They might have an idea of what else is out there and worth waiting to see what happens with Jordy before doing anything.

Getting more nervous about White based on rumblings and how he is acting on Twitter. EDIT: I forgot to hit send on this and see a few posts above me basically saying everything is ok... so hopefully the twitter rumblings are nothing.

Wonder if the Gophers would kick him off before he is convicted? They might if they know they can get Jordy or they might not open the spot before the spring deadline.... would be kind of crappy if they cut him and he was proven innocent.
