Who is B1G's Fifth Team

Lots of talk about B1G getting five teams in the NCAA's.  Ok the top four tourney seeds are in.  Will it be NW if they beat Indiana?  Purdue, Minnesota because of Banham, Rutgers,  Michigan.  Heaven forbid if Iowa.  If Iowa gets in I would have no faith in a fair selection process.  I have no idea.

Northwestern will have a very interesting case if they can beat Maryland tomorrow, but I'm concerned for how much gas they have left in the tank after three games in three days. 

 

Granted, there is something to say about practices being more intense than games, so maybe this is actually the case!

if i remember correctly, purdue/indiana/michigan have the next best sagarin rpi's (in that order). no way does minny get in after getting knocked out right away. in fact, they probably had to win two to even get a mention. still think it will probably be between purdue and indiana.

Indiana had a nice turnaround season, but I think Purdue will get a bid.  Not a great resume but probably did just enough.
