Bugeaters1 Posted February 14, 2014 Report Posted February 14, 2014 Do you think it is disheartening to teams that barely get 1000 fans in the stands to come to Lincoln and see the 5000+ in the stand night in and night out ? I mean don't you think it is hard to play in an arena that is that empty. Quote
Noah121 Posted February 14, 2014 Report Posted February 14, 2014 Good question. I felt that way the time that I went to the Hilton Coliseum with the Fastbreakers bus trip in 2008, when home attendance at UNL's games were still not great. Bugeaters1 1 Quote

hoop_head Posted February 14, 2014 Report Posted February 14, 2014 I'm going to say the 'reported' attendance was 5,500. Seems like every team reports 5k even if there's obviously 200 people in attendance. Bugeaters1 1 Quote

Seems like every team reports 5k even if there's obviously 200 people in attendance. I looked it up last night and Michigan reported 1100 and some in attendance, even when they played Michigan State i think they only had somewhere like 2500 in the arena. I think Nebraska has to leading the league in attendance. Quote
