I have usually enjoyed reading Shatel's articles but his fandom for Blue Jay basketball and Husker football is hard to take.

It is a bit of a Pandora’s box as if we end up on the bubble we need that to be a great win.  Yet is is glorious watching them lose.  I thought I would be more conflicted being a Baylor Scheiermam fan having been a fellow qb and point guard at Aurora.  It is surprisingly easy to root for his failure though.  When he said this BS about “coming home” upon making his announcement that helped.  Aurora has never been a blue town.  Nor will it ever be.  It is a red town.  That pissed me off.
