2020-21 Big Ten Women's Basketball Media Guide | Follow Big Ten Women's Basketball on: Twitter // Tweet #B1GWBBall, Facebook, Instagram | FOX Sports App | BTN+ Now in its fifth year, the Big Ten Women's Basketball Preview continues to reimagine the traditional preseason media day event, expanding it into several days of coverage dedicated entirely to all 14 Big Ten women's basketball programs. What's more, the complete Big Ten Women's Basketball Preview content package is available online and on demand, whether here on bigten.org or through the Big Ten's social media channels. This year's Big Ten Women's Basketball Preview is expected to feature the most robust collection of content in the event's five-year history, focusing on all 14 Big Ten women's basketball programs, from interviews and highlights to feature stories, creative digital and social media offerings and unique behind-the-scenes access as the 2020-21 women's basketball season gets started later this month. The Big Ten Women's Basketball Preview tips off Wednesday, Nov. 11, with the announcement of the preseason All-Big Ten teams and Big Ten Player of the Year, as well as the preseason rankings, according to balloting by the conference coaches and a select media panel. Each Big Ten women's basketball program will then be featured on the conference's social media channels (primarily Twitter @B1GWBBall) during one-hour blocks from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. (CT) on Wednesday and Thursday, working alphabetically through each conference program. The Preview wraps up Friday, Nov. 13 with the annual coaches' preseason media availability from 9-11 a.m. (CT). Media members wishing to participate in this year's Zoom call should contact Chris Masters ([email protected]) to register in advance. (PLEASE NOTE: Media members must have their names and/or outlets clearly stated on their Zoom accounts to gain access to interviews. Unknown participants will not be admitted to the Zoom.) The call will also be recorded and available for playback later on Friday at bigten.org. Honestly, wouldn't be surprised to see them come out and say they are postponing the start of the season until January/February.

With numbers of CV19 raising here in the Midwest I think a delay is very possible.
