INDIANAPOLIS---The NCAA Division I Women’s Basketball Championship Sport Committee announced that it will reveal the top-16 teams in seed order three times during the months of January and February, 2017.

It's like we didn't need anything Else to worry about this year! :o   (But I don't think we'll need to be concerned. ;))

As a fan.....no matter how optimistic I am about this year.....and I am.... it's still a rebuilding year.  We have a very good nucleus of talent, but we're very very young. Only two seniors.....mostly sophomores and freshman.  Plus the obvious...a new coaching staff.

But I just believe we'll have a few nice surprises along the way this season. I like the type of team we seem to be developing. Looking forward to see Coach Amy's process develop, and the players gel into a team.

Look's as if ESPN's women's hoop guru Charlie Crème beat the NCAA to the punch! ESPN has come out with their first version of Bracketology and it includes 5 B1G teams. They have Maryland and Ohio State as 2 seeds, Indiana a 6 seed, Michigan a 9 seed and Michigan State as an 11 seed. Northwestern was one of the first four out.
