Essegian had a great freshmen year but his minutes fell off a cliff last season for whatever reason. He’s shown he can be a great contributor and NU coaches can likely get him back on track.

To be fair, libraries tend to have patrons.

Do they make size extra small Kentucky polo shirts? If so he might be interested.
-
Not sure his hire would make Kentucky fans happy yet. If Hoiberg can have sustained success here before Bill Self retires then I would worry, but we probably would have had some great seasons if he lands that job so…

As a form of sports betting, you could buy tickets for Omaha sessions now while they are relatively cheap. If Huskers aren’t there sell them Selection Sunday to some KU fans for (maybe) a profit.

It looks like administration is taking steps to avoid that possibility https://nebraskaexaminer.com/2024/01/29/nu-seeks-to-protect-academic-athletic-future-in-big-ten-pledging-closer-unl-unmc-ties/ -

Still probably need the attorney if we are going to offer his dad a job
-
Just a guess, but it probably has something to do with him being student visa. May need a work visa for NIL. Can the basketball program put an immigration attorney on retainer to help with NIL deals with international players?

Yes, perhaps it was unfair of me to use the term "olds." I may have just been going for a laugh and should be careful as I am now over 40 myself. What I should have said was the herd of geriatrics, with a sprinkling of younger folks able to afford seats in the 100-level but still with a mean age greater than 55, pushing towards the parking garages within feet of the court has been an embarrassment since PBA opened. For this, i apologize.

Why did it take a change of AD to make this happen? The herd of olds pushing towards the parking garages within feet of the court has been an embarrassment since PBA opened. Good on the new administration.

Will they or won't they: A poll
Cornhoopers replied to Norm Peterson's topic in The Haymarket Hardwood
There will be a fall semester but it will be online, and depending on what's happening in Nov-Dec the spring semester may be online, as well. Colleges can't bring that many people together in dorms and classrooms. They are going to be conflicted between continuing on campus, for the sake of enrollments and financial pressures from tightening state budgets, and not contributing to another wave of infections. They don't want to open back up only to have to give students refunds for their housing again. It's hard to see how they play games until there is increased testing, tracing of cases, and/or a vaccine. -

It's not like there aren't folks trained in design on campus who wouldn't help them come up with something better, but they probably got "Drunk Randy Travis" by shopping it out on a six-figure contract. By the way, "Drunk Randy Travis" could probably just be shortened to "Randy Travis." -

Ugh. That Herbie was created in a focus group gone off the rails similar to this example...
