Good report card, pretty much spot on! I hope you're right about Wednesday. If so, we should set another home attendance record and crack 16,000 fans for the Wisconsin game. That atmosphere should be unbelievable!

After getting home from the game, we found we had received a letter from the Husker athletic department. As a long time season ticket holder, I made the only logical conclusion based on years go experience and told my wife "probably an order form for a possible NIT home game." WRONG!!! It was an order form for possible NCAA tournament games! While I know we have a long ways to go to make the dance, how exciting it was to FINALLY receive a letter talking about the dance! And yes, if we make it, we are going! It doesn't matter where we play, I'll be there dressed in red and yelling "Husker Power" during the opponents starting lineup introductions. Full disclosure, there were NIT forms in the envelope too but I'm hoping we don't need those!

My wife is in Vegas right now. On Thursday I placed my first sports bet ever on the Huskers to cover. It was my way of showing I had bought in and am no longer feeling snakebit! Doubled it up yesterday! I love this team!

You, sir, have slandered pillows. They're comfy, give our heads rest, and can be used by skilled assassins to great effect. How about marshmallows? Or maybe Junior Soakers ? You're giving marshmallows a bad name. They can be shot as projectiles in guns and a junior soaker can defend its owner. It was more like wet toilet paper! Soft, all wet and good for nothing!

UGLY!!! Unwatchable by all but die hard fans. The teams both tried to give it away but only we were successful. Once again my hopes of us building momentum are smashed like a watermelon in front of Gallager.

This X1,000,000. For what they charge, you would think you are getting NY Strip Steak. My son and I ate there at the first game we went to and he told me that next time, we should eat somewhere before we go. lol...but from what I've heard on the board...the buffet for the people that have the $$$ to pay for the box seats is pretty good. Guess that is where they are putting all the time to getting correct. I sit in the club seats and the buffet isn't actually very good. For $26 you get to eat all the hot dogs, burgers and some sides. The side sides are usually decent. You can also get cookies. They serve some of the same food they do at the concession stands you just get as much as you want. Same here PM. Glad I didn't she'll out the money for the prepaid buffet. It looks to be a slight upgrade over a grade school cafeteria...
