If things would have bounced differently, we could have won 6 more games as they were 10 points or less losses. Think if we were to have won those we would be 11-5 and tied for 2nd with a game to go. Just something to think about. What would we be saying now if that would have happened?

Well it was getting close to 10:00 and they had to see the weather before they go to bed. Also if you aren't from Nebraska you aren't going to understand the court storm. Will probably be on one of ESPN's many talk shows because it could be a story that could debated, even thought there really isn't anything to debate. Rushing the court is a hot topic right now and I'm sure some will see us as wanna bes. However I think it was perfect. It needed to be done. Because of the enviroment is was called for.

I think they made that movie Jimmy, it was called "Hoosiers" I have to agree, most fun at a game, because the people who were there wanted to be and wanted to help in the way that they could. The crowd was loud and stayed with it when we needed it. I think the site of the kids, mine included, storming the court and the one student in the white shirt jumping into Ubel's arms to give him the big hug at the end was very fitting. Hope nobody got hurt. Also was fun to meet all the people before the game. Thanks Cip it was very nice of you to set it up. Iowa is going to be in the NIT for sure if it doesn’t get into the NCAA Tournament, though the Hawkeyes took a massive step in the right direction by beating the snot out of Minnesota this week. Northwestern, Nebraska, and Purdue all have to be on the NIT Selection Committee watch list, but none are eligible right now, and it’s going to take a run for any of them to finish above .500. Guess this answers my question.

Just a thought, could this help us get into the NIT if we win a game or 2 here at the end of the year?
