Kind of thought he wanted to go to a "higher" academic school. Rice, Duke, Stanford, Northwestern those are some pretty good academic schools.

He has three years left with a red shirt to transfer and sit correct?

In all honesty have we hurt our chances to get good teams in here to play us. 1) only one loss here at the vault and that could have been zero losses had the tip gone in. 2) loud home court advantage 3) good team returning 4) voted best place in college basketball. The one thing that might help is that out RPI will be rather high so some might come because it won't hurt them to lose here like it often did before.

How about the Big 3 (4 counting us) that left the conference? I'm sure they wouldn't mind playing us again I think they might. But who knows whatnis going on behind closed doors.

I think that some of the old Big 8 and 12 schools still aren't that happy with us "leaving" them. So it might be awhile before we get to play them in football or basketball. I could be wrong but that us kind of the vibe I get.

Tai struggled but it's evident that he has some talent. While he lacked confidence and struggled he's also a freshman who started on a decent team with 3 offensive weapons ahead of him on the team. It's been stated before, but we didn't need Tai to force the issue. It would've been nice if he could hit an open shot, but that's been hit on multiple times. He certainly didn't approach the high expectations that he came with, but it's not like he's a total bust without any hope either. Again, he's a freshman. Maybe that's the excuse that should be used instead of the 'hasn't adjusted to US basketball yet' because there were plenty of freshman on worse teams that didn't start who have been playing US basketball their entire lives. He's a freshman. And a young Freshman at that.

How mentally tough are we? That seems to be where we are losing games now. Our pitchers have been about as good as can be the last two games, but poor hitting and base running today and yesterday have suddenly raised it's ugly head. Let's try and get this last one today and then lick our wounds and come back later.

When they first showed it on the replay I thought it was one of those broken leg, dislocated ankle that you see in baseball. His ankle was kind of going off a bit at a bad angle. But when they carried him off and didn't call for a cart I was a bit more upbeat. Still think he is done for awhile. Also read this today on the LJS comments. "you can't lose to the last place team in the league at home.". Although kind of harsh it is a fact. Now we need to get the next two so it isn't a lost weekend.

If I am a kid who is transferring I am looking for more playing time and possibly a place where I am the "man". We have our starting five coming back along with possibly the second best player in this conference here. So if I am a 6' 5" to 6'7" foot wing Nebraska is not going to be high on my list. Which a few of these guys are. So actually we might not be that desireable because of who we have and not who we are or are becoming.

That was a tough one. Need better hitting tomorrow so that we get at least two this weekend.

Simple question what does KSU gain by doing this? That is what I don't understand. They are saying go ahead and leave but you will have to pay for your education at the next school, correct? Is this even legal? it doesn't sound like it.

Oh boy are you wrong there Kamdy, don't you know we as a collective on this and many other websites know soooooooo much more than somebody who right there.

I think they are all 20 somethings that play a game at a high level in an arena that adds to the excitement. I don't worry about it because it is the way it is. Like this much better than the "my bad" guy.
