Rough draw @ Chicago... -
And for all we know, advertisers will soon find out if there's even any value in investing in these students. And, there probably is value to a point, but the market will soon dictate what that value actually is. We're in the early stages where some kids are getting $100K+ media contracts but if it doesn't make the company money they'll move on to some other means to capture an audience. Just too soon to evaluate in my opinion at this point.

Heard he agreed to give them a 20k buyout if he decides to cancel The BTN service is probably spotty up there and only works 23.7% of the time, but he called them up and asked for a contract extension.

Poetic. Last year we were bad. We better turn this around. There's always next year. Haiku.

This seems like a bait and switch of "if our expectations don't meet our predicted reality, why are we keeping him around?" trap. Lucky for Hoiberg, there's more that goes into the staffing decisions beyond those two elements.

There's already alternatives out there for high school athletes to bypass college and collect a $100K check for playing hoops in high school: https://www.overtimeelite.com/facts

Sounds like our guys better work on conditioning over the offseason.

Lots of people in Vegas winning for betting the spread for UNC.

"@royalfan: Watching the Marist/Delaware State games, so you don't have to."

For what it's worth, there were zero teams from the Big Ten represented in the NIT.

So when do the sanctions drop for KU? Are they even going to be allowed to defend their title next season?
-
Just interesting that you see some coaches in the Big Ten who stay away from zone like it's the plague and do everything they can to avoid it. While others are embracing it.

Huskers.com [Checks calendar] April 4. Seems legit.

You've got 99 problems, but wagyu Ribeyes ain't one.

Should be a great matchut. Thinking this is a 151 type of game.

Might want to start selling in Milwaukee:
-
Ohhhhhh nooooooo.......
-
That's quite a Twitter chain there... Certainly angered with that delayed action.
-
Clearly an April Fool's. Barry Collier is still our basketball coach, right?
-
Does he have eligibility to grad transfer to UW-Green Bay and be on loan to UW to play an extra year?
-
April Fool's? Please.

First of all, AWIII was at a G-League team and got called up with a two way contract. Second, they're called the Shim Shams, not the Rockettes.
