    Yep, very sad to see it work out this way. I was hoping he’d be our coach here for a very long time, which would have meant he would have given us our first NCAA tournament win. Miles is a great person! Not a day of rejoicing for me. Hopefully his replacement will give us a reason to be excited again, but not today.

    I’m proud of this team because they never gave up and fought for their coach. No matter what happens these next couple of days I will always be cheering for Coach Miles whether he is still coaching my Huskers or another team.

    Maybe Roby won’t want that to be his last memory of being a Husker and will come back next year. Hopefully we can come back and win this so we can see him against Creighton one more time.

    I’m torn. I’ve always been a big Tim Miles fan. I just want what’s best for the program so we can get that first NCAA Tournament win. Going to be a long week or so.

    An alum here too. I’d love to see the Mavs make it. Then I’d have a team to cheer for in the NCAA Tournament.

    I wonder if it was the same fat turd sitting near me. I absolutely loved seeing the look of despair on some of their butthole fan’s faces after the game.

    I used to see him at the Husker basketball games back when he was a student there. I’m sure he’d be fine for us to pay big dollars for a homerun hire to help us get that elusive NCAA Tournament win.

    I doubt it. I get the feeling he’s the type of person that wants to see all sports at the university do well.

    I don’t see us shelling out that kind of money either. I hope they’re willing to pay that much for a big name hire, but I’m not going to hold my breath.

    I believe Matta made roughly $3.39 million his last year at Ohio St. We may have to pay him closer to $4 million. Matta is my #1a choice, with Hoiberg a very close #1b.
