I'm under the impression that Miles doesn't want to bench Webster in fear that he might leave after the season.
I think it's been pretty clear for weeks that Biggs is the best point guard option for this season.
Webster probably still has better potential, but he is not the best option at this point.
incredible that we wasted so much scholarship time, recruiting time, and effort getting a kid from Serbia here, and there were guys in our own state that appear to be better suited to play in the B1G than Vucetic.
Not only did we not use the scholarship, but we passed up on guys like Kevin Thomas.

next year might be our best chance to make a run with leslee and biggs as seniors. We need another big with experience that can defend. Hopefully Hammond can play right away too.
Vooch seems like he is on his way out. Parker and Rivers might be done too.
I'm still puzzled by the Vucetic situation. You can't tell me he couldn't of come in even to just foul Jackson a couple times when he was killing us in the paint. It's possible miles realized he made a mistake by offering vucetic, but that doesn't mean you still can't play him in certain situations. Put Vucetic in the middle of a 2-3 zone where he doesn't have to guard anyone and can at the very least take up space.
our biggest issue is we haven't upgraded our size.
Pitchford may be tall, but he can't score or defend inside. He's basically an oversized small forward.
Leslee is good, but i don't think he can play much more than 20 minutes a game and is probably really only 6'7.
Vucetic is most likely gone after this year.
so basically our only real inside presence is a 6'7 power forward who has bad knees.
next year we have a 6'10 center coming in, but we need at least one more if not 2.
