  1. All nike schools
  2. It didn't last year, but that's because I don't think we had a point guard to penetrate the lane and kick it to the corner. Hopefully that changes with Biggs and Webster*
  3. I wonder what compelled robin to tweet this?
  4. it'd be worth the gamble if he was eligible right away.
  5. Connie has been able to find great talent in the state though. That makes it a lot easier.
  6. Gotta love the clearinghouse taking their time in deciding the fate of an 18 year old who just traveled halfway across the world to play basketball for free instead of getting paid in his home country. They wasted no time in clearing Grant Gibbs for that 6th year though...
  7. not to mention there's still 4 months for him to grow until the season starts.
  8. I've always thought that too. There has to be a D1 grad transfer out there. Maybe not a significant contributor, but probably somebody that is more worthy of a scholarship than Menke or Peltz.
  9. So youre saying Miles would turn down the first Rivals 150 player Nebraska would've had in over a decade? I dont think NU is at the point where they can turn down players of that ability yet; hopefully. I really hope down the line thats possible but at this point you cant turn down a player that'd be ranked higher than any your school has signed in a long time. Miles basically turned down this kid who was 128 out of 150. He was down to us and Temple and we decided not to bring him in for a visit. I believe Robin tweeted that the reason was because we had too many guards in the class. http://rivals.yahoo.com/ncaa/basketball/recruiting/player-Josh-Brown-129051 I think this was before we missed out on Agau, Atewe, Sai, etc.
  10. frontrunners: David Wacker Leon Gilmore Jacob Hammond longshots: Zylan Cheatham Paul White Ja'Quan Newton everyone but Wacker is a top 150 recruit
  11. tai becoming eligible could be the final piece to the puzzle that fully lifts the curse from Nebrasketball.
  12. I'm sorry that I was off by about 24 hours on my 48 hour prediction. I can't believe people are giving me no credit here. I didn't have the facts perfect, but Robin's tweet confirmed i knew what i was talking about.
  13. I heard the university already found out whether he is eligible or not. I have no idea when they will announce what the decision was. If he is not eligible, they will probably appeal it which could take who knows how long.
  14. agree. Zeller has already peaked in my opinion.
  15. Now THAT is an unimpressive draft. Hoooly. The Bulls landed 4 picks that draft. Oops. actually 5. lol

  17. The difference is that the clearinghouse has been reviewing Tai's case for a while now and were simply waiting for his SAT score. It won't take long for the clearinghouse to make this decision.
  18. I'm hearing that we should know in 48 hours whether Tai is going to be eligible for this season. For sure by Friday.
  19. Hopefully Aaron craft will get dropped.
  20. Is this a different source than the source that said that university admissions wasn't budging? I have sources all over the globe . I want Tai here badly, but there is no reason to throw a party until he is enrolled.
  21. what'd he say about Webster's SAT/eligibility? Did he imply Hawkins was going to redshirt? Seems to make sense to me with Gallegos/webster/biggs/parker taking up minutes.
  22. My source says SAT has nothing to do with it. The clearinghouse has to decide whether or not to allow his credits to transfer.
  23. We've known for over 6 months that Tai would rather come to NU than be a pro and get paid. That really isn't the issue right now. The issue is that he is not eligible.
  24. yea, but now Tai's actually considering them since he's not eligible.
