At about 4:10 he talks about a lineup he used late against Iowa State that really helped them get the lead back, with Roby at the 5, Taylor at the 4, Palmer, 3, Allen and Watson the guards. That caught my attention.
Watched it until about 12:30, when the Mrs. called and I had to pick her up from the bars....I thought better of telling her I'd be there when the game was over.
If you told me 76-72 before the game I would say hey, that's great! How it went down was a little weird, but we did enough to keep the lead and get the win.
Jordy quietly had a great game I thought. Copeland will be fine.
From an offensive standpoint I'll be surprised (and disappointed) if Palmer, Copeland, and Okeke don't end up being a a big net gain on the faux trade. The four players that transferred averaged a combined 20 ppg. I think Copeland and Palmer alone will be well over that.
Gads, I hope so anyway...
I was going to start a thread on this topic, but this is a good one to jump on to. Predictions on your top, let's say, four scorers? You can do more if you want. You can guess the ppg. if you want too.
I'm going with:
Copeland - 17
Watson - 16
Palmer - 12
Tshimanga -10
That's four scorers in double figures. Not sure when that last time we've had that.
