  1. Don't forget Rutgers. We might be the most booed team on the road in conference games. And, we still have two more scholarships available.
  2. Prescient and few pretty much tells the tale of this board.
  3. Cabbies can be quite compulsive...
  4. Winner, winner stuffed Mexican meatloaf dinner! That's what I'm cooking tonight. My apologies, bugeaters.
  5. Bill Byrne was here 10 years, which is unheard of. He not only saved the baseball program, he put it into national prominence. He kept his hands off volleyball and football. If Tom would have continued coaching, Bill would have gone down as the greatest AD in Nebraska history. He still might be. If he only gave Danny one more year....
  6. Hey, if you guys are going to post Trev updates, let me know what Pederson is up to. Thanks.
  7. You recruit freshmen, because in this next cycle, 2-4 years, this NIL lunacy will end. Just watch. I guarantee it.
  8. He comes to Nebraska. He has no choice. The musical prowess of this board draws him...
  9. It's interesting we have picked up two transfers from the conference, and lost one to another conference school. With the B1G now at 18 teams, it doesn't seem to be a big deal to lose a player to another conference school. That is unless you're Rutgers. Many of their fans are bitter Griffiths came to Nebraska. Essegian will thrive here, just like Griffiths. GBR!
  10. Kidney cared more than Barry.
  11. Thank you. It's amazing how clickbait articles get traction. I'm not sure it takes 5-10 years...
  12. Ted Carter no longer is an Admiral. It was taken from him when he abandoned ship, and joined the enemy camp.
  13. I have a Dickey Betts song coming shortly, but I came across this video today. Didn't know where else to put it, but I'm sure many on this board will enjoy watching it.
  14. I think Elvis Costello must be an uncle.
  15. Nothing like people named Norm.
  16. Clarence "Frogman" Henry passed today at the age of 87. I miss the homeless updates...
  17. He did too. That would be him walking out the front door after he entered the first 3.
  18. Jim Steinman was a great songwriter! Besides writing songs for Meatloaf, He did Nothing at All for Air Supply. Went all the way up to #2 on the charts, but it couldn't knock Total Eclipse of the Heart from #1. What an accomplishment.
  19. Don't take things personally. I've learned not to.
  20. I'm done. I'll come back after we send this game into extra innings.
