Geez, is that field big enough?  It's like the Big 10 tournament:  Iowa, Minny, Rutgers, NW, Neb, Michigan.

Northern Iowa is on the board Thursday Night.

 

1st game is in Lincoln. Creighton and Minn are in our bracket.  If we win 1st game, it's winner of Drake or Sacred Heart

 

A look at NI stats: 

 

22-10 for year

 

Lost to common NU opponents Iowa by 15, and Creighton by about 8, both games fairly in the season. They have some height with several women at 6-3

 

It might well be a good tough game. It's tourney time...everything is up for grabs.

Because being a fan and being realistic are not mutually exclusive.  No reason to take such offense.  I do indeed root for them, and maybe they will make a run we shall see.  I take into account youth, injuries, and the fact the season has been long already with the trip to Australia.  Perhaps the latter they have gotten past and they feel energetic and ready for several more games.
