WBB: Game #27 vs Purdue

Rachel B has a chance to be an outstanding player for us.  Brings some athleticism to the 4.  She made some great defensive plays yesterday.  A couple of the blocks were classic; total stymies. I have no doubt the offense will come given her determination and work ethic.  She will also get stronger.  And I love the feisty attitude. The future is bright.

Yesterday was right up burns alley, the refs were letting g them play and she donimated the rim

Like most parents would be...  I'm a "homer" for my girl.  The Big 10 announcers were talking about Rachel's injury and how she's fighting through the pain. 

 

During another part of the game the announcers say she's the Game's 6th Man...  She's not a big fan of that role...
