whoopdeedoo Posted February 1, 2015 Report Posted February 1, 2015 practically a must win if you want to keep iowa within reach. goree will get hers, but, you are going to have to limit the outside shooting. huskers must avoid going on any long droughts on offense. i'd be willing to bet we will see another game of 6-7 deep for the huskers, with romeo most likely not seeing the bench (unless she gets into foul trouble). seems to be the mo-op for coach yori and the huskers. i'd be willing to say the first 5-7 minutes will set the tone for the game---if huskers come out cold, it will be a real battle to hang. this would be a very good win with that road trip looming. Row6Seat10 Posted February 1, 2015 Author Report Posted February 1, 2015 Emily's going to have her hands full with Goree that's for sure. Look for Rachel to help double down when she has the ball. Michigan won't hesitate to shoot the three so they've got to lock down on the shooter. I look for Emily to have a big day. Sure hope the 4" snow doesn't effect the crowd too much. I've been out and the main arterial streets are pretty good. It's the streets getting out of the neighborhoods to the main arterial's that might keep some in their homes. Snows supposed to taper off around noon. It's snowing really light right now. I figure if the team can make it so can I! They deserve all the support we can give them. Quote

I won't make the drive from Trumbull, the interstate sounds like it is a skating rink and the visibility is not good but I'll be there in spirit. Quote

Have to keep the Smith girl in check. Does Yori play some zone today, or stay with her man to man? Quote

Tinpanalley Posted February 1, 2015 Report Posted February 1, 2015 Okay, we got it down to six. If we can stop them on the next procession we will be back in it. Quote
huskerchode Posted February 1, 2015 Report Posted February 1, 2015 T will at least make up for it with good defense and a positive attitude. Quote
Tinpanalley Posted February 1, 2015 Report Posted February 1, 2015 Dawn, we get the ball with 25 seconds left on the clock and can not get a shot off. If someone doesn't start making shots we are going to be in real trouble. We lead in almost every category in the game and are down by six. We are shooting only 36%. Quote
