Congratulations to Wisconsin Green Bay ... I guess

Just looked at the NCAA's official RPI rankings.  Updated today.  And Wisconsin Green Bay is the #1 team in all the land!!!   (According to the NCAA's computers anyway.) 

 

Yay them!!!

 

Now, can someone explain this to me?

 

4-2 Wisc-GB boasts wins over East Carolina, Evansville, FGCU, and Miami while posting 24 point losses to both Wisconsin and ... Georgia ... State.

 

And they're #1, ahead of 8-0 Kentucky, 8-0 Duke, 8-0 Arizona, etc.

Sounds like there's been at someone at UW-GB, looking eerily similar to Matthew Broderick, whose been busy with his Commodore 64, 5 1/4 floppy disks and 56k dial-up phone connect modem.
