Missed the game; just watched the highlights.  She had 9 boards; I didn't catch how many points.  Looked quite good in the highlights.

That would be Chartrice White, from Shelby-Rising City High School, who has signed a letter of intent to play at Illinois.

She did a nice job but there was a lot of standing around by many players not attempting to box out, etc.  She will do fine at Illinois, but this game was more about her effort and a lack of it by others.

Do these teams even practice before they play? Or do they just assemble in Chicago put on their uni's and go at it.

They practice for about 2 days, tour a local hospital, and have a nice reception.  it is about a 3 day event.
