Shields kind of stumbled there on his footwork and then goes chest forward into the shot with the ball fairly low and not protected.  I like Pitchford's technique of using his off shoulder to screen/create space while he rotates into the shot with the ball high.

 

I'd like to see video of them sliding to the block, sticking a butt into the defender and then wheeling either left or right for a shot.  Want to see what else is in their arsenal.

 

And you can see why they needed Jordan Tyrance not to quit the team like he did.  Who's going to feed the post?  Looks like Leslie Smith.
