With complete disregard to a team up north...that there boys is the seasons 1st signature win

This should be a ranked basketball team. 

We have a tough team.  A big win when Connor couldn’t make a shot.  To be fair, the Bruins also shot poorly.  Nothing is going to be easy for us but we should not be easy for any team we play IF we can take that defense in the road.

Absolutely. We're setting ourselves up in a good position where our resume can speak for itself. No need to worry about the Marists and Delaware States of the world (sorry, @royalfan).

Win and we're in.

We legit have a REAL home court…it’s legit, top 5 in the nation.  Keep winning at home and steal a few in the road and let’s go dancing baby!!!  GBR

I'm just gobsmacked that a game officiated by that stretched dick-with-ears, D.J. Carstenson, didn't end up with the foul tally strongly in favor of NU's opponent.  Miracles do happen.

I started to get some Husker Hoops PTSD with about 4 min left. Where'd that 13 point lead disappear to? And it's like, not this shit again.

But, we pulled it out. Players made plays. Rollie, Andrew, Sam and Brice hit some clutch free throws.

And we beat the spread on a day when we shot like crap.

This wasn't quite a must-win but winning it sure takes some pressure off down the road.

Everybody who played had a hand in the win.

Gary probably saved the game.  Blocking an easy lay-up, keeping it in bounds when UCLA had a chance to cut the lead to 3 and then a big steal after the free throws.

Sam with the strip and save protecting a 7 point lead.  Big free throws down the stretch. 

Morgan giving us some offense.

Brice getting to the line and making free throws.

Rollie and Uhlis qqhandling the ball.

Berke, Connor, and Meah solid on the defensive end.

Also, I swear the UCLA guy grabbed Brice's hand and pulled it so he couldn't free himself and then acted like he'd been mauled.
