If you apply my philosophy on Doc Sadler to Bo Pelini ...

 

We've given him enough time.  All of the pieces are in place for him to show what he can do.  No excuses.

 

When deciding whether to roll him over for another however many years, you have to look at the fact that next season will likely be a bit of a rebuilding year on offense.  And next year the defense will once again be very young.

 

So, chances are, we've seen the best Pelini is capable of producing already.  And the question is whether that's what you're willing to live with.  Or not.
