hhcmatt Posted September 26 Report Posted September 26 Looks like Jacob is going to be in Chicago for media days next Thursday if you have any burning questions. Not sure who Nebraska is sending for players. Quote
AGHANSEN Posted September 26 Report Posted September 26 Where do you think Nebraska will be ranked in the preseason media poll ? Where will you pick Nebraska ? From all the research I have done, most people are overlooking us and are picking us anywhere from 11-16. For the record, I'm completely fine with us getting a low ranking. It's good for us to stay under the radar. Quote

Media day Thursday and then opening night event in the railyard the day after Quote

Jacob Bigelow Posted September 26 Author Report Posted September 26 Here is my latest magazine story that appeared in this month's Huskers Illustrated. My shot at projecting an opening night starting five. Some people may be surprised with one of my picks. https://www.huskersillustrated.com/mens_basketball/stories/new-look-huskers/article_add36730-7b70-11ef-83fd-334f1fde117d.html Art Vandalay and Vinny 1 1 Quote

Like one has Gary at the 3 and Berke at the 4 and one of the two bigs at the 5. I like the lineup flexibility this roster has. I think there's a good chance it's the one you mentioned though. Completely agree. The exhibition and another fairly light non-con gives Fred and Co plenty of opportunity to tinker with rotations and see what looks the best. Lots of versatility and options to play with. thrasher31 1 Quote
Huskerpapa Posted September 26 Report Posted September 26 My only surprise would be not having Juwan and Brice in the starting five. Otherwise, Fred has the chess pieces that will make the season interesting. Jacob Bigelow 1 Quote
