We play Iowa on December 29th, and we end regular season play against those pricks on March 5th. That's a span of 67 days.  There are some great songs from 1967.   Which one do you think will best fit the rest of this season?  I don't do polls...

1)  I'm a believer    The Monkees

2)  Kind of a Drag  The Buckinghams

3}  Mercy Mercy Mercy  (another by the Buckinghams) from Chicago, very underrated group...

4)  With a little help from my friends The Beatles

5)  I had too much to dream (last night)  Electric Prunes

6) Then you can tell me goodbye  Casinos

7)  Daydream Believer The Monkees

8 Other

This season can go any direction.  Being the Beatle fanatic, I'm picking #4.  I think The Huskers win enough games in conference to wait on results from other conference games to see where they land.  I'm not talking about just getting out of the last 4 spots. We're better than that.  Jimmy, the "other" category is for you.  Engelbert Humperdink had hits in 1967!
