atskooc Posted February 21, 2013 Report Posted February 21, 2013 Not that this really matters, I guess, but word on the street is that Bill Self has been caught in an extra-marital affair with the daughter-in-law of the mayor of Lawrence and that his wife has kicked him out of the house. She was at the game in Stillwater this evening, but she might be making nice until the news breaks. Quote
trickey Posted February 21, 2013 Report Posted February 21, 2013 Since I find nothing on a "Google news" search of this info....what is/are you source(s)? Quote
atskooc Posted February 21, 2013 Author Report Posted February 21, 2013 One of those "friend of a friend" things. A good friend of mine is friends with Self's wife's best friend. It was confirmed in a text last night. I had also heard there was a love child, but that was not confirmed. Apparenently the news is going to break soon (I have no idea why the wait). Again, it's just a rumor...but it might explain why KU has struggled of late. Quote
Norm Peterson Posted February 28, 2013 Report Posted February 28, 2013 I googled and found there's a discussion on a private K-state board about this but since I'm not a member, I can't tell you what all it says. But there's evidently a rumor circulating about this affair and love child. FWIW. Quote
atskooc Posted February 28, 2013 Author Report Posted February 28, 2013 I'd heard there was talk on one of the Mizzou boards as well. Quote
Silverbacked1 Posted February 28, 2013 Report Posted February 28, 2013 As long as he keeps winning there won't be too much to do about it in Jayhawk land. But I did notice his toupee was the same one for a couple of games, maybe he isn't living at home and can't get to his stash. Quote
Daledangdarn Posted February 28, 2013 Report Posted February 28, 2013 I saw something about this as well on RSS, I have no clue if it is true or not though. Quote
