So I’m flipping through the channels and on comes an NBA hardwood classic: 2004 Sacramento Kings vs. Minnesota Timberwolves.

Hoiberg guarding Mike Bibby or Doug Christie most of the game. Plays hard and is an energy guy.

I forgot how loaded and good the Kings were back then. Webber, Peja, Divac, Christie, Bibby, Bobby Jackson, Hedu, Brad Miller...how did they not win a title once?

Strange watching Fred pass to Sprewell and Garnett. Wally Szerbiak was on the team too.

After the Wolves lost to the Lakers in the Western finals ( thank you Kareem Rush) the Wolves wouldn’t return to the Playoffs for THIRTEEN years. Then Jimmy “Buckets” had a fit, Andrew Wiggins never improved, & KA Townes is left on an island as the Wolves sink back into oblivion...
