I doubt he has plans to stop coaching in the next 10-15 years. Regardless of whether that means here or other places he still needs jimmys and joes

Baylor Scheierman out of Aurora is really good.  Kid has good b-ball IQ, good range on his shot and really good vision.  The only thing I think he may lack is speed.  Hell he is 6'6 and their point guard!
