I am trying to decide if I want to pay $15 to btn plus to watch the game I missed yesterday.

I am just a little annoyed at the pay wall.

What about you guys. Does btn plus annoy you?

Is it worth it to watch yesterday's game?

If you hold out for 4-5 more days, you could watch South Dakota and Southern with that $15 one-month subscription as well. Just a thought.

Can't I do the even if I pay now?

BTN is (supposedly) replaying yesterday's NU-Mary game today at noon.

Good tip if true.

If I recall, the month subscription starts on the day you pay and only lasts ~30 days. If you hold out a few days, then that Dec. 20 game falls within your 30 days. Otherwise you would have to pay an additional $15 for that next month.

I get the Nebraska only BTN Plus subscription.  It's $10/month.  The Husker women play quite a few games on there also so it's worth it in my opinion. You can go back and watch replays also.

Thanks Jurgey, didn't know you could watch replays too.  ;)

I'm also not sure where the $15/month comes from.  A Nebraska Teams only package is $9.99/month (that is, 30 days from the day you sign-up rather than a calendar month).  For one game, not worth it imo, but a majority of the WBB games (16 or so) are only available on BTN+, and only about 8 of the WBB are on broadcast TV.  Another potential benefit of BTN+ is the Nebraska Teams package is good for all Husker sports that might be on BTN+, not MBB and WBB.

I caught the relay. The student annoucers did a good job.

Yes, they did well. There were a few times that they seemed to make 'stuff' up to fill air time (and I do mean pullin' things outta their butts! ha).

But, overall, it was well done for a student-run broadcast.
