It'll be nice to start having some home games where we get some of these calls.

If this team figures out its head issues there isnt a single team we cant beat. If it doesnt, we will keep sputtering. There isnt much else to it.

I agree norm... If I had to guess this 6 it would be 4-2... next six though we could easily go 5-1 or 6-0. That's why I said 5-1 or better and we are looking at an extremely high ncaa seed.

Next six games after this are relatively easy in a monster conference. Hard parts of our schedule are beginning and end. This stretch... we need to win games but 3-3 won't kill it.

Imo... 3-3 keeps us in 5-7 seed range 4-2 would put us in extremely good ncaa position. This conference is so strong we will be in the driver's seat for seeding to an extent. 5-1 or better and we are legit talking regular season b1g title possibilities and 1-3 ncaa seed Just my opinion. Depends on how you look at it for happy/sad, but as far as I'm concerned this is my opinion (pardon my french... or don't lol):

Honestly... I'm still very hopeful. Even a 3-3 start in this conference is extremely solid with 4 of 6 road games plus msu at home. I really like getting Maryland and Iowa without the students there. Gotta take advantage.

We will be in there soon enough. The minnesota collapse hurt (never mind that that team was on an emotional night due to the death of a player's mom). Our schedule doesn't help us... unless it does. Win 3 of 5 and we should be in there for a while afterwards because it gets easier. Win 4 of 5 and at that point nobody can really argue against us being ranked unless they're a total homer/idiot.

Will be interesting the style changes involved too... I think the defense will take a step back but that doesnt mean it will be a huge one and it is possible our offense will improve enough to counter it... Don't know... just will be interesting seeing how the team will morph.
