What brings me to this site for basketball Norm is what is stated at the top of the page, Husker Hoops Central. When I want to talk football I do Husker Max. I guess these are the only sites I really pay attention to.

I talked to the Park and Go office yesterday and they told me they were working on the passes and would be in the mail today. I still haven't received my tickets yet. Hopefully in a day or so they both show up.

Isiah Austin. 7-1 shot blocker. Honestly he would be the guy you want shooting the ball most often..he's good but he's not the best on the team and doesn't have a ton of confidence in his 3pt shot this year. He's going to be a load in the lane but Petteway and Shields can find their way around his arms. Guys like Rivers and Leslie Smith might not want to shoot down there. Is this person Brittney Griner's twin brother/sister?

We sit in Sec114 and have a couple both in their 70's who stood the whole game except for halftime. My wife and I are in our mid 50's, and couldn't believe they did it. My legs were so sore yesterday from standing, I can't imagine how this couple must have felt all day. They said they have been ticket holders since the Cip era.. Awesome people!!!

I agree totally. Ray has to start making some shots to keep defenses honest and not doubling Terran or Walter or Shavon.

Did anyone else notice when we were BEATING Mich St., that their student body would yell, "green/white" while we were shooting free throws? Talk about rude. We could have maybe beat them by more if they weren't distracting us!

It should happen at every game going forward for the next 1000000 years, IMO That was truly AWESOME!!!!! I kid you not, I told my wife, "holy s**t" I've got goosebumps. Keep it up everybody!

What a meltdown Sunday night. I wonder if the Iowa people will start the "he'll be fired for sure" rumors that start when ever Bo loses his cool? Bo came close to touching an official before but to my knowledge never actually did. Ferocious Fran not only got 2, but went after the third! Maybe winning takes its toll on all Division 1 coaches regardless of the sport!!!

I think Leslee is getting better every game. By the end of the year he could really be a force to reckon with.

Great win! I wish Hallie would take the ball straight up when she is under the basket though. I think I saw 3 times when she tried a head jerk instead and either missed or turned the ball over. Otherwise I thought she played a pretty decent game. That definitely was the best game I've seen T play. Keep it up Ladies!

From what I remember, "one" of the reasons he went to Louisville was to get away from Omaha and his parents. Not that his parents were bad, he said in an interview, he just needed separation from them. Would 50 miles be enough? If he decides to move on, hopefully it would be.
