  1. I guess I take this as the truth. A Nebraska kid jerry-rigging a ball return so he can practice his jump shot. https://share.newsbreak.com/8jl8q4d0

  3. A bit of a reality check...every team in our conference won this weekend with the exception of Minnesota who lost to another power conference opponent, by missing a field goal. I was happy with our win and thought we had a high number of positive takeaways. BUT, we need to continue to elevate our game, significantly, to get back to the upper echelon of teams.
  4. I don't see him either.
  5. Jacobson is to Fred's right. Morgan is in the trees. He really had to go.
  6. I may be totally wrong; but I seem to remember that Logan actually took Hoppen's place in the starting line up. Definitely small ball.
  7. Agree. I'm planning on traveling to a few away games, and the delay is likely increasing travel costs.
  8. Geez HB...I could have sworn you were the originator of that iconic "Moe must go, dig up Joe" chant. Kidding...just kidding!
  9. Thank you for the update! This does not shock me. This team has the depth to play that style. I would take it one step further though. The team can/will still run when the opportunities are there; but will be able to pound the rock as well. Flexibility is the key. We will not need to be one dimensional, which is great when it is working; but when it is not...yikes. Once again, thanks for the information basketballjones!

  11. Cip may have been referencing the actual question...or not. "Who was the most rebounds for the 2024-25 season"
  12. I liked Cip. He was a motivator who surrounded himself with excellent assistant coaches. He also brought in some really good players. Needless to say, if he had today's rules, we could have a much better NCAA tournament record.
  13. Juwan is my choice; but we have the potential to be an exceptional rebounding team.
  14. Well, there you go. Got our additional big. Looks like she may have to tweak her release point on her outside game, and perhaps build her physique; but she appears to be a good addition.
  15. I rarely [if ever] watched him; but Phil Donahue passed today as well. I guess we have him to blame for Voice and many other brain dead talk shows.
  16. Tough one. Not even sure who will earn minutes and/or what sort of twists will take place with our offense...but I will guess Rollie at this point.
  17. Hate to say it; but perhaps Norm is gone for good. He hasn't visited this site since early April. Hate to see this take place!
  18. If you want to go, jump on line and secure your tickets. I got my five; but they seem to be going fast.
  19. The good thing that has occurred is the sharing of resources between the LJS and Omaha World Herald. I understand people have had bad experiences; yet one now seems to get a plethora of husker information.
  20. Between LJS and X you are seeing numerous bites into the team. Those of you wanting to whet your appetite, should consider the referenced offer.

  23. Doesn't appear that many, if anyone, sees these; but I thought I would continue to share. A few were complaining earlier that little information is "out there" about our hoopsters.
