Without not actually knowing anything for sure, I get the sense that Hammond is a guy that shows flashes of brilliance in practice but may not put in the kind of effort consistently that the coaches want or maybe just doesn't really get it all yet. That could explain the starting early in the year and hardly playing now. Miles is sick of it. All just a theory
