    Looking back @ an old media guide, ‘87 had the Huskers script on the Jersey & the lower case “n” on the Court. ‘91 had the Husker script on the Court/Shorts. As far as the Football team & Black, what’s their record in Red/White...?

    I was WAY oversold on Jervay Green, Teddy appears to be a much more proven commodity. Burke was nice, but that trio (especially Banton) should be difference makers. Kavas was a non-factor, McGowens starts, Webster 1st or 2nd man off the bench.

    So have the NIT Champ “Chevron” Unis gone the way of the McRib? Also I liked the lower case “n” uniforms they threw out there the past couple of years. Any tip of the cap to ‘91 & that old Husker script tho is always appreciated.

    I lived in Mpls for a long time before I returned to my native Nebraska & Wolves fans swooned up there for years @ the thought of Fred as their Coach. Given his history as a Player & Exec. with the Franchise that seemed reasonable if not likely. It’s days like today tho that I’m reminded he’s Coaching my Alma Mater & it STILL seems unreal...

    I watched that game at a Bar in River Falls Wisconsin decked out head to toe in Husker gear. That being said, the beginning of the McCaffrey era should scare up 2-3 wins, Fred’s squad should/could hover around .500

    I’ll wear my mask & sit wherever they tell me to as long as I can see some “live” Husker Hoops. With the cases spiking locally tho, & a tough Winter ahead, I’m not terribly optimistic about seeing fans @ the games...

    Hopefully in a few years when Fred has turned us into “media darlings” our matchups will improve & we can host some of the top tier ACC programs.
