Superior played Beatrice when Martz was a Sophomore, but Class B All-State Captain Randy Edwards took it to him! Edwards played @ Hutch & Hastings College. He is related to Gary Bargan & Tony Hobson.

As far as “Star Power” it really is a fingers crossed proposition. Petteway/Palmer were largely unheralded when they transferred in, hopefully Allen/Banton or someone else could blossom to that degree. I don’t think Arop had to handle the ball out on the open floor too much @ Prep. I’m guessing that might be his short coming, but I’d like to see him get more minutes as well...

I’d say that’s spot on, but swap Walker for Oeudrago. I’d also feel confident saying that’s a roster certainly capable of a top 6 B1G finish & post season play...

Stockpiling “High End” talent... this is starting to look formidable a lot quicker than I envisioned...

I couldn’t agree more. If you’re going to give Frost an extension after two losing seasons, then Hoiberg (based on his resume) certainly warrants the same consideration. I’m a Frost Bobo, but coaching in the NBA carries more weight with me than going undefeated at UCF...

You can see the personality of this team taking shape, and with our guard play (Mack & Burke) we’ll be that team that NOBODY wants to play. Like I’ve said before the B1G is “soft” in the middle & we’ll have a chance to get our share of wins...
