  1. Some notes on this Brice finished the game vs Indiana with 30 points, 6 rebounds, and 5 assists. Those all led the Huskers. Brice not only was name B1G player of the week, he was the first Husker ever to win the national player of the week award Brice has previously won the national player of the week award when he played for Charlotte Williams is the first Husker to earn the Big Ten’s Weekly Award since Alonzo Verge Jr. on March 7, 2022. Brice is only the second player since Nebraska joined the B1G to record at least 30 points and 5 assists in a single game. The other was Alonzo Verge.
  2. By now many of you might have seen the ruling for a quarterback from Vanderbilt who won a suit that ruled that Juco seasons did not count towards his eligibility. Your first instinct might be to wonder if Keisei could come back for two years but anyone can do that. For this exercise, I'd like you to consider any Nebraska Basketball player that played JUCO ball and construct a team with them. Feel free to bring Caleb Walker or Kimani Ffriend along.

  4. I don't know about that. Ulis got off on a technicality about gambling. I'd personally expect no leniency.
  5. They should fight over that tbh. Fighting teammates are like a coach who screams at his players: Your W-L record determines the effectiveness.
  6. We're 0-2 lifetime vs Murray St. Collier dropped a game to the Racers at the Devaney in his first year 79-71
  7. From Iceland, playing at Nebraska 6'9" Forward https://www.phenomhoopreport.com/2026-heimir-helgason-seeing-an-uptick-in-recruitment-talks-nebraska-offer/
  8. You operate in a Marcus Satterfield offense?
  9. Because of Rollie's foul trouble in the first half this was the first game this season when either Worster or Ulis weren't on the court more more than 5 minutes in a game. (Fred mentioned in the post game this the first time they got to see Brice at the point) They are so in a timeshare that either of them have been on the court at PG approximately 97% of the time but they've been on the court together less than 3 minutes this season. They both played for 88 seconds together at Creighton. Otherwise they played 1 defensive possession together vs FDU and St Mary's.
  10. They're the same players though. The potential is why GG is on this team and why he played for Rutgers. Even if he had an absolute miserable year here, one could likely clip together a similar clip of 10 good plays. It's the inconsistency...the plays that aren't on the highlight clips that keeps GG off the court. You're noticing the same WTF things the coaches see when he's out there and don't see from Jacobsen which is why Cale is currently taking his spot in the rotation
  11. If nothing else GG should see run vs Southern because they take away the 2 which means we'll need 3pt shooting in what should be a winnable game. The one thing Southern does is turn you over so the likelihood of GG getting pulled over a bonehead turnover in that game, should he play, increases as well. We Will have a lot of minutes to fill next season so really we just need to figure out if he's going to be a part of that.
  12. Been there, done that
  13. Just needed to play the last 5 minutes
  14. I personally prefer an early start on these, thanks
  15. I missed the first dunk so when I saw the second dunk and saw he had 4 points I thought..I bet the other bucket was a dunk.
  16. He's like Andrew White if AW was able to handle the ball and/or defend. He's really a complete player.
  17. Without context +/- can be almost random from game to game
  18. This is the second game this season where we've Kampong'ed a team at the end of the game with a big run
  19. Didn't think hard enough. Ended approximately the same way the UTRGV game ended
  20. Notes from UNL Nebraska extended its win streak at home to 18 straight games, including 11 straight Big Ten games dating back to last December Nebraska has won the last four meetings against Indiana dating back to last season. Nebraska’s four straight wins marks the first time NU has won four straight games against the Hoosiers. Brice Wiliams finished with a game-high 30 points, the most points by a Husker since Keisei Tominaga had 30 against Michigan last season. It marked Williams’ fourth career 30-point game and first in Husker career. Williams also tied a season-high in rebounds (six) and also dished out five assists. Brice Williams has now reached double figures in 13 straight games now marking the longest stretch in his career. NU shot 61.2 percent from the field, the Huskers’ best field goal percentage since shooting 61.5 percent against Boston College on Nov. 30, 2022. Nebraska shot a season-high 57.1 percent from 3-point range, its best performance since shooting 60.9 percent in the win over No. 1 Purdue on Jan. 9, 2024. Nebraska held Indiana to 35 percent shooting, including one of 18 in the final 9:30 of the contest. It was Indiana’s second-lowest shooting percentage of the season (.333 vs. Louisville). The Huskers are now 36-4 under Hoiberg when holding their opponents to 70 points or less. Nebraska put four players in double figures, as Juwan Gary (14), Connor Essegian (13) and Andrew Morgan (10) all finished in double figures. NU now has had nine double-figure efforts from its bench in nine games). Morgan and Essegian helped NU’s bench out-score Indiana, 28-16.
