The team has played complete games these past three. The first three in the conference they showed it for only a half or so. The next four games will tell the season. Even just a split would be impressive.

He iced the game today. First with the drive that was goaltended and then hitting his free throws. Before that I was thinking, "man he has really come along" after seeing his dunk after being fouled on the floor. He made that one hander look easy.

A win @Illinois would put the Huskers back on track.

Need another one tonight.

Tai had the right idea but too bad it was after blowing the lead. At 12 the Huskers had to get better looks. Get inside and get fouled.

It isn't so much attacking the press, his teams have been awful even breaking it.

So it's a fluke that Miles went the NCAA Tournament with four Nebraska kids? It's a fluke that South Dakota State has a redshirt freshman averaging 11.5 and 6 ppg for an 8-1 team that won at Minnesota? It's a fluke that Omaha has a kid in the top-10 in the nation in steals and another who is as athletic as any 6-7 kid Nebraska has? The Thomas kid from Benson is a fluke? How about that point guard from Iowa (I know this is not Miles fault). Is he a fluke as well? Sheesh. Lot of talent playing in a ton of places; none of them Lincoln. Just curious, when Collier went the "Nebraska" route with Muhleinsen, Dourrisseau, Enright, Wilkinson, did they take us where we wanted to go? I mean after all, he did get some of the better players in the State to come play for NU. I'd guess Miles would have offered those guys too.

Maybe Watson should have stayed away from Miles tonight?

I think you're overstating the effect of the T. After that we still had it down to 6 at half. It had nothing to do with horrible effort the second half. No I know but the T made a longer fight from behind. It was at 8 and ballooned to 14 or so. That changes the way the team plays for the rest of the first half. Miles had to have White calm him down otherwise he was gone barely into the game. I thought it changed the game.
