Actually we would have been alright if we would have guarded inside the 3 point line the 2nd half. Michigan was 6-11 from 3 in the first half, but 4-14 from 2. In the 2nd half, they were 5-10 from 3, and 9-12 from 2. If we hold them to the same percentage in the 2nd half as the 1st half, they score 6 points instead of 18, and it's a 1 point game. So, the shots from 3 didn't kill us as much as the shots from 2 did. So they shot 11-21 from three. 52% from three had something to do with pulling the defense out of the paint and the easy baskets in the 2nd half. The set defense wasn't good today. Played pretty good press defense.

Great effort to get back within striking distance. This game concerned me because the Huskers haven't been a very good 3-point defensive team under Miles.

One thing a day after. I wasn't surprised the Huskers won.

This win sets the team up nicely for Saturday. Have to get at least one in the next three.
