I think our scheduling is better under Miles....but, we haven't exactly lined up a tough non-con under Miles either. For instance...last year our non-con was rated 291 per KENPOM and 311 this year. And in both years it looks like Miles is going to struggle to get to .500. Of course...when you schedule cream puffs you need to beat them. Next year and moving forward we can't afford to lose to teams like Incarnate Word and Samford.

Something needs to click for this team or were in for a long season. Right now its looking like Erstad is in way over his head. It's looked like that way for 5 years now for anyone who was paying attention. I would hope this team can still can compete in the Big Ten at the very least. I'm not really disagreeing with anything you stated....but at what point is it okay again to expect this team/program to take the next step? If not next year when White is a senior, addition of Gill, and another year with the you guys...then when? It will become harder and harder for Miles to recruit to this program when we are stuck at the bottom of the league and not competing for the big dance. I don't think any really envisioned this particular team to be in the hunt for an at large...but we need to get to that point sooner rather than later. Next year would be a good start.

Brilliant. Especially since Mo coaches defense. Yes. I didn't stutter. We need much more emphasis on scoring. We were good on D before Mo arrived. It's clear they struggle on offense still. Offense has improved across the country due to shorter clock and how officials are calling things. But you seem to be blaming a defensive coach for our poor offense. Perhaps recruiting some shooters would better address the situation than firing the defensive coach. We don't have that in this years class, I really like Roby but shooter is probably not how I would describe him right now.....I'm taking the wait and see approach with Gill. I have heard good things and he looked solid in the scrimmage....not sure he's going to be someone that shoots a solid percentage from mid-rage to deep ball. We currently sit at 116 defensive ranking on Kenpom....not close to being good enough. If Molinari is strictly a "defensive coach" he needs to do much better going forward. Like get us back into the top 25 as far as defensive rankings go.

Rock bottom? You must not be familiar with Nebraska basketball. Things could be and have been much worse. I'm really struggling picturing us dancing any time soon....but even if we do, I'm sure you will continue to be a douche.

Not sure how this series would have ended up if we had Burkamper...he is likely our #2 guy. I think the starting rotation will end up being solid.
