As long as there is no NIL money involved it is nice to know that Iowa does not look like a option for Britt.

Sad news about Allison. I know of a few women athletes who have had similar stories with a ACL in one and then injuring the other knee. So do we know what her injury is? Another ACL? Jaz and Darian will need to step up even more without her for the season. Also need better production from our bench guards.

I have it on my DVR. Was in northern NE on Saturday and and central NE yesterday. Had time to watch the NE / PSU volleyball match yesterday. Was going to try to watch it tonight. Did hear they had over 55,000. Like Volleyball day in NE. I am sure they had a few recruits.

Nebraska, Indiana, and Iowa among her list of 11. I think Maryland offered her as well. I could see her going to Indiana. Moren is a very good, proven coach. Put it this was if not Nebraska, then in the B1G I would rather she play there than Iowa.

I would guess she is taking the time to shrink the list to her top 4-5 schools. I think it is Creighton, and B1G schools. Maybe a couple of schools in red, and one in black.

Will she be at the Iowa WBB game at Kinnick (football) on the 15th? It will be on BTN so maybe just might have to watch.

I am thinking shortly before BB practice starts she will name her choice. So another month.

Don't forget next year we add the PAC4 so it gets even tougher.

Watched the youtube post this weekend. Allison I think shows quite a bit rust. Granted I really kind of expected it. She will get limited minutes to start the season and I see more of a slow ramp up from Amy for her. Her shooting will take time. If we could get Stewart to have a nice low post game (improved?) and get in form for hitting the three she could be a real plus. Still a lot of work for them to put in before they open the season.

So is anyone going tonight? I would normally but I have hay down and it needs raked and baled. Would be nice to get a update on Allison from outside the normal channels. Plus the whole team. Last year they played against the men practice players.

You can also listen to Amy's presser from yesterday on youtube, X, etc.. Amy, John, and Fred all talked. Amy said no restrictions and slowly ramping up Allison's work load.

Remember their was a 5 million donation to The 1890 initiative (NIL) for volleyball only. I expect at least 2-3 players will leave after the season.

Kind of figured Iowa would be in the mix.

The brace maybe with her from now on. There are plenty of athletes that play with a brace. Watching Louisville VB on Wednesday and Anna DeBeer was wearing a brace so it is possible to play and still play well. She also may not be 100% and may use it til she feel like she is completely back.

When you have the number one Setter, OH, MB, and L/DS in the class good things happen. I too hope Maggie makes a choice to play only one sport after this year.

On a WBB note, they will again have on September 29th open night for both WBB and MBB at PBA.

Maggie is completing with Becca. Both are behind Andi Jackson. I think there could be 2-3 players enter the portal for volleyball at the end of the season.

Per X (Twitter), looks like Allison may have been given the green light in practice.

I know some athletes say they do not feel 100% til the season after their comeback. Look at Orr on the volleyball team. I wonder if she feels 100% back? I will take Allison back even with her at 90-95%. She just has to play smart, and listen to her body.

Not too surprising considering this is Clark's last year. She is a generational player.

Thanks for posting the videos. Also would not read much into the games themselves. Yes they are blowouts. This looks to be more of a team building/bonding trip in my view.

I would think the black wrap maybe have more to do with keeping potential brace sores from developing? Also may add some support as Kennedi Orr using it as well.
