  1. Results (1/28/24): While it's probably likely that both Memphis and FAU are in... the American is eating each other up right now. Memphis is 4-3 and FAU has had a lot of close calls. Memphis and FAU play each other twice. Neither seem like a Top 25 team right now though. Memphis will most likely fall behind us in the NET and we in the 60's. Big 10 Games Purdue 68 @ Rutgers 60 Non-Con Opponents Games NONE Other Bubble Games North Texas 63 @ FAU 66 Memphis 88 @ UAB 97 Nevada @ New Mexico (LATE) Games To Watch (1/29/24): Big 10 Games NONE Non-Con Opponents Games SC St @ Maryland Eastern Shore Jackson St @ Florida A&M Other Bubble Games Duke @ Va Tech Houston @ Texas
  2. Well know quite a bit after weekend #1 crazily enough.
  3. Especially when you had the Duke OC as they make it sound.
  4. NET drops to 62. Quads: 3-3, 2-3, 3-0, 7-0 Remain Quad games as of today 1: Wisconsin, @Illinois, @Northwestern, @OSU 2: @Indiana, @Michigan 3: Michigan, Penn State, Minnesota, Rutgers Safe to say winning out at home is a near must.
  5. Results (1/27/24): These are more fun to do when you’re inflated and not deflated. But alas, we move on. Non-Con opponents outside of KSU did really well. They may drop to a Q2 for a bit. Bubble games with so many games left are meh to go too in depth, but a lot of other bubbly teams sucked today too. 6. Big drops back into mid to upper 50s for both KP and TRank.
  7. Game 11… must win… we need you PBA! Huskers 78 Wisco 72
  8. That’s ridiculous
  9. I’ll stick with what I said earlier… NCAAs or bust. Theres no reason that shouldn’t be achieved at this point either.
  10. This. I’m tired of not even having a chance to do something we’ve never done before.
  11. It shouldn’t be pointless though… that’s part of the problem. This team is 15-5 and has beaten a likely national championship contender. Something is seriously wrong if this team doesn’t dance.
  12. Was better for a second. Thought we might cut it to 12 or something crazy.
  13. We all are and frustrations are understood completely.
  14. UMD was dead last in B1G 3PT%… 28%. At some point you’ve got to realize that everyone having their “day” against you isn’t just luck. We’ve got to figure out why and fix it.
  15. Venue’s are still drivable for anyone that wants to go watch some ball though! Ha!
  16. Committee at this rate is going to look at our road record and not even have to get to the point spread.
  17. It’s not just that we’re losing our road games… it’s that we’re getting blown out of the water. We aren’t even competitive.
  18. Miles “flash in the pan” NCAA team had 4 wins away from PBA including 3 true road wins and one was at MSU. We’ve got to find a way to play on the road.
  19. Top 4 conference team at home and bottom 4 on the road. How do we not get up for a game like this? We could dance! We’re so close. Unfortunately, if we can’t play outside of PBA… we’re not making it.
  20. Up 12 to 2… so that’s a 42 to 15 run in favor of UMD.
  21. Can’t afford blowout losses
  22. That’s a biiiig assumption. Do we know for certain that………… Memphis would even have Busch Light?
  23. Results (1/26/24): That should officially put St Joes on life support-- even though I don't think they were particularly close to the bubble. Let's hope that MSU loss doesn't knock them down to a Q2 game. Big 10 Games Wisconsin 81, MSU 66 Non-Con Opponents Games None Other Bubble Games St. Bonny 91, St Joes 72 Games To Watch (1/27/24): A lot of games on tap for today. The bubble list... is huge... mostly because of how early it is. Added some notes about individual games below. There are certainly some games more important than others. May have missed some, but at this point... it doesn't matter a ton. Fun fact... every one of our non-con opponents is playing. Big 10 Games Nebraska @ Maryland Indiana @ Illinois- A loss here for Illinois + a loss by NW would move us into a tie for 3rd. Iowa @ Michigan Minnesota @ Penn State Ohio St @ Northwestern- A loss here for NW + a loss by Illinois would move us into a tie for 3rd. Non-Con Opponents Games Lindenwood @ UT Martin Alcorn St @FA&M Rider @ Mt. St. Marys UNCW @ Stony Brook Arizona St @ Oregon St- Another chance to cement themselves as a Q3. Fordham @ Duquesne- If Duquesne could get on a roll here, they could pop back up into a Q2 win. Lot of work to do though. Cal St. Bakersfield @ Cal St Fullerton DePaul @ Creighton KState @ Houston- A chance for KSU to cement themselves as a Q1 win for us. UND @ St. Thomas SC State @ Delaware St Other Bubble Games Virginia @ Louisville Georgia @ Florida Georgetown @ Providence Seton Hall @ Marquette North Carolina @ Florida St Texas @ BYU Princeton @ Cornell Pittsburg @ Miami Villanova @ Butler Grand Canyon @ UT Arlington Auburn @ Mississippi St Clemson @ Duke TCU @ Baylor Utah St @ Boise St Colorado @ Washington St Bradley @ Indiana St Northern Iowa @ Drake NC St @ Syracuse UCF @ Cincinnati Ole Miss @ Texas A&M Utah @ Washington Loyola @ St. Marys Gonzaga @ Pacific
  24. Meh— what about this to be unique… 16 league games and 1 protected home/away each year… 18 total. Then a 2 game round robin pod the week before the B1G tourney (W,F,Su). Pods hosted by the top 6 conference teams where the winner goes to the B1G tourney automatically. Then the 10 next highest teams in the standings that didn’t win the pod go and the B1G tourney is re-seeded into a straight 16 team single elimination. Pods 1, 18, 7 2, 17, 8 3, 16, 9 4, 15, 10 5, 14, 11 6, 13, 12 Pick it apart, I didn’t think about it too deep, but gives everyone at least a chance.
