I don't care what others say. This was one of the brightest eras for Nebrasketball in quite some time. Sad to see it coming to an end. Sure, things didn't always go as planned. But to run a clean program, make our first dance in 20 years, achieve our first 5* (transfer) of the Rivals era, and countless other things is huge. I remain 100% behind the assumption that we don't get Hoiberg if we don't hire Tim 7 years ago.

So far the national media has pretty much crucified our AD, our current coach is still the coach, Fred went from 100% Nebraska to not a 100% deal, and the current President of UNL stepped down. Hell of a Monday I'd say. Just another Nebrasketball day.

How can you insinuate that it isn't fair to question his coaching ability based off of 5 years of data, but sit here and insist that he would make 2 Final 4's based off of the same data? I mean you list Fred above Chris and Chris has an Elite 8 apparence and is currently in the Sweet 16 again in just his third year. That doesn't include a Round of 32 with Arkansas Little Rock before that in his other year as a D1 head coach.
