What the hell ladies...

Had a little time this morning, so thought I would do a NET update. Net: 93 (+1 from yesterday) Q1: 3-10, Q2: 4-5, Q3: 2-0, Q4: 6-0... 23/31 of our regular season games will have either been Q1 or Q2 opponents. Our Company 91-96 UNLV, Louisiana, Us, UC Irvine, Indiana State, San Jose State Notables: #59- Ohio State #75- Wisconsin Games Left: Iowa (Q1) and B1G Tournament (Q1- Purdue, Maryland, Indiana, MSU, Rutgers, Iowa, Illinois, NW...... Q2- Michigan, PSU, OSU, Wisco ....... Q4- Minny) Teams with MORE Q1 Wins than us: 41 Teams with MORE Q1 games than us in Top 100: 13... but outside of Florida 12/13 teams are from the B1G or Big 12.

Had to be a scary situation on Sunday as the tornado in Norman passed probably less than a mile south of his location.

Man taking 1 of the 2 games against the SEC schools would be huge this weekend. a 2/3 weekend would be really big too. Which pitching shows up?

I thought... when MSU made that initial run and cut it to 3 and we stretched it back to 10.... that it might just be our night. But man they couldn't miss.

Unfortunately— that’s not entirely correct as you have to play another game in the B1G tournament with each game you win. So if we go loss, win, loss… we’ll be at 16-17. Would be cool if the NIT took a chance on us… but… idk that they would.

The fighting Timmy’s took down CSU last night to at least secure a .500 conference record. They play @ Air Force who is 2nd to last in the conference this weekend. If they win, they’ll be 10-8 in conference and 19-12 overall heading into their tournament. They’d get, I believe, just their 2nd 1st round bye ever. Heck of a turnaround.

I agree, but I doubt the NIT will take an under .500 team and I just don’t see how we make it to .500. Iowa is the hottest team in the Big 10 and that would mean a 2-1 record in the B1G Tourney if we lose to Iowa.

Definitely why "overall body of work" is important. We could maybe afford this one had we done better in January.

Unfortunately, we're staring a blowout loss to Iowa and a limping out loss to tOSU dead in the face.

This one's not going to help the metrics.

The bad thing is... I could definitely see this being such a deflating game that we lose big to Iowa and limp into the B1G Tournament and lose that one too. Ughhhhh

................. I just don't even know what to say. All good things must come to an end I guess? Really disappointed with how we've played this 2nd half.
