I just read that "fact" within the last 6 months though I can't remember where. The folks in Lincoln were upset to say the least and that helped push through the move to Omaha.

That photo illustrates that his summer workouts with Terran really helped him lose body fat. His arms appear chiseled compared to last season and even his face has lost that "baby fat".

It's not on You Tube that I could see. I was surprised that with all the full games for football that none of our basketball games from this past year are posted.

One of my best friends is a die hard fan of all things Michigan. I love that we get to play them at least once a year in basketball even if we don't play them every year in football. Makes for great trash talking! We came so close to beating them last year.

49r beat me to it. I should have been more detailed. I saw a message from a friend that Robin Washut talked about AW on 1620 the Zone and said it's just us 2 right now. To put it in a more accurate context AW doesn't have any other visits scheduled as of right now.

Unless academics and having "Notre Dame" on his degree certificate is important to him. Otherwise, I agree with you. While I grant you that getting a degree from ND carries more prestige than one from NU, it's not like it's Stanford, Harvard or any of the other elite schools. I'm betting that the prestige of the degree will not play as big a factor in his final decision as some other factors that will end up favoring us.

Robin Washut is reporting that it seem to be down to Notre Dame and us. In this scenario I like our chances. We need this kid on board asap. Then we need to land Morrow. That will get the ball rolling for Nebraska recruiting wise in my opinion.

There was an incredible level of excitement among Husker Nation in the Basketball program due to it's success as the season wore on. I had multiple friends who knew I had season tickets approach me to see if I would part with my tickets for parents or themselves. Some of people were even from out of state. So there is no doubt that any in-state talent had to be swept up with the excitement surrounding the program. That bodes well as we do have some legit talent coming up in the next few years. We just need that one nationally high ranked recruit to commit and sign to start attracting other highly ranked recruits to give us more than a passing look.

Time for Terran to introduce Hammond to his workout program like he did Tai to help him add weight and get stronger. Anyone know how many free throws the shoot a day for practice? Do they keep track of time spent or shots attempted? Whatever it is Hammond needs to spend extra time at it too.

Yeah, V Tech seems very much like a program in turmoil at the moment. You would think there are better options out there to get closer to home if that is in fact what he is after the most. While certainly a factor I tend to think he is looking at a bigger overall picture than that though.

This is BJ Day When I watched his HUDL video it listed him as #55 or so I thought. So I was apparently looking at the wrong guy. So that would probably explain why they guy looked so unimpressive to me. Based on this picture, this is not who I thought was BJ Day. Sorry for the confusion. Glad to see you can admit your mistake. Spare me your condescending remarks. I apologize. I wasn't trying to be condescending. What I was trying to convey was that I am glad you were mistaken and that you admitted it. Not because I want you to make mistakes but because of your earlier opinion I was a little down on BJ Day and you admitting that you made the mistake makes me feel better about Day. Curious to see if Miles feels there is any big out there that would be a viable fit for the team. I'm sure he and the staff will leave no stone unturned.
