You mean pitchford ant pettaway weren't efficient last season? Pettaway was a positive but pitchford a glaring negative. We'd be more efficient just by his subtraction.

It's probably a little bit more complicated than that. But, essentially, that is a B1G part in why we might have those two out of NU (as far as no. of shots per player in its current efficiency) as in last year the team was terribly inefficient. AW-III is considerably more efficient than any Husker in quite some time.

Most everyone had a bad year last year, even Shavon

standing around on offense will do that. That was also one of our problems earlier this year with almost all of the players. Shavon is a great college player, but never going to be a very efficient one himself.

Shooting efficiency is something you always need to look at using context as usage rate tends to drag that down. Shavon has always been a 45-50% eFG guy as typically the 1b option on offense. On a better overall team he would have been the 2nd to 3rd option I think.

Looking at his KenPom overall offensive efficiency number that factors in things such as rebounds, turnovers, etc he's having his best year and it's better than either of TPs years based on that number.  In context, Andrew White is blowing him away this year in terms of overall efficiency.

Very good point about the standing around. Never quite thiught about enough in that light. It was exactky what the problem was last year.
