All Conference Selection Show Tonight on BTN

Just a heads-up - BTN Live will reveal the all-B1G selections tonight at 5 o'clock Central. I'm sure other special awards such as coach of the year will be revealed as well. If it's anything like the football all-B1G selection show, they'll have video interviews with the honorees as well.

 

And Petteway continues to lead the league in scoring after the weekend (all games):

Petteway is also 3rd in FT percentage (81.7%), 29th in 3-pt FG percentage (34.6%), and 24th in rebounding at 4.9 rpg.

 

Does Shields make all-B1G 3rd team? He has to be in consideration. He ranks 19th in the league in scoring at 12.7, but I'm sure his conference games only scoring average has to be higher. He's also 14th in rebounding at 5.8 rpg.

 

Walt is 35th at 9.4 ppg, 6th in 3-pt FG percentage (41.7%), and 28th at 4.7 rpg.

 

Smith is 21st in rebounding at 5.0 rpg.

Petteway obviously a lock for 1st team. Shields should make 3rd. In a perfect world Miles would get Coach of the Year, but they'll give it to Michigan, just how these things work. To say Miles has "coached 'em up" is a gross understatement.
