It was pretty amazing how emphatically he goes after that Auburn fan.  So, you'd have to think whatever was said must have been pretty bad.  And then you read the fan's account of what he said, and it's like WTF?

Yeah, that was bad.  You'd think he (Valentine) would be in line for a reprimand or suspension for his behavior.  That was uncalled for.

Seems like refs can do crap with impunity.  No one gets to call them out.  They can throw fans out of games and all other kinds of goofy crap but no one can criticize them.  Oh well.  The next time a league calls out an official publicly will be about the first time, so far as I'm aware.
