Yes— there is a difference between an intentional and flagrant foul.

Intentional is when a play is not made on the ball and is not a typical basketball play.

Flagrant is when the foul is deemed excessive force.

With that being said, I haven’t seen the play so I don’t know. There’s also a chance that the announcers were confused by intentional vs flagrant foul as they are similar.
I read listened to the game, and when the foul occurred that we were talking about Adams against JP Coatney said right after that, Nebraska could choose who to shoot the freethrows.

agree 100%........i haven't noticed an instance where Prince looked gassed and needed to come out.
granted, difficult to get the full picture watching on the tube.

(btw, how did minny beat rutgers by 26???....although, in the barn)
Mcmiller didn't play against Minnesota she had been suspended for two games and the Nebraska game was her first game

Not whining at all....but have to think if the game was on our court, (or neutral court) ....it wouldn't been allowed to be so much "street ball". The constant no calls in Rutgers case, does make a difference.

We did a real good job controlling the boards and that was part of the difference too, that kept us in the game. And our composer in the 4th, not just by Prince alone, was good to see. (But one of her best games so far.)

Hargrove is kind of slowly becoming a beast as she gets up to college speed...and Bozen too. Saw her get right into the mix, knocking heads under the basket. Petrie is becoming a real contributor too.

Losing Weidner was on their minds....they looked determined. ....Good stuff.

Too much criticism against the team imo, and I’m often one of the team’s worst critics!  Way too many bonehead turnovers and missed bunnies, but I’ve concluded that that’s just an unfortunate part of this team’s dna.  Otoh defense wasn’t bad and offensive execution was somewhat improved.  Rebounding was strong.  And Amy wasn’t turnstyling subs, especially in the second half.  Finally BP was outstanding!  We can only hope she doesn’t burnout.
