Shot clock question

With the new only reset to 20 rule, how do they handle offensive rebounds on quick shots? So if you get an offensive board at 24 seconds, does the shot clock drop to 20? Or does it only reset on offensive rebounds under 20 on the shot clock?

Goes to 20 seconds as long as the offensive team rebounds its own miss.

So, if you get an offensive rebound with 23 on the shot clock, you lose 3 seconds?
